Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with Brightworks products so we will happily issue a refund for products purchased on ShopBrightworks.com in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must have purchased the item directly from ShopBrightworks.com.
  • You must contact us within thirty (30) days of the date your order was shipped to you.
  • You can do this by chatting with us here or by emailing us at hello@brightworksproducts.com.
  • Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the purchase.
  • The amount refunded will be the price paid by you (which reflects any discounts, promotions or coupons used), including sales tax you paid, less shipping.
  • Please allow time for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
  • If you have questions about the status of your refund, please reach out to us by chatting with us here or by emailing us at hello@brightworksproducts.com.
  • In some circumstances, we may ask that you return a defective product to us. In that case, we will provide you with a shipping label.
  • If you did not purchase directly from Brightworks and have a complaint about one of our products, please contact us.
