Return Policy

If for any reason there is a problem or if you experience any issues with a Brightworks product that was purchased through our website (www.shopbrightworks.com) you may return the product to for Brightworks full credit within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms & conditions:

  • All returns must be authorized.
  • Orders that are returned after 30 days and/or due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns for expired product.
  • If delivery is refused, we will credit your credit card less shipping and a $5.00 handling charge.
  • Product must be returned in saleable condition and in original Brightworks containers.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipment costs associated with returns, except in cases of damaged merchandise or product shipped in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us. We recommend that customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe please e-mail hello@brightworksproducts.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
